Roadrunners Earn 16 MCCAA and Region XII Awards

After a stellar 29-9 season, the 2025 SMC Volleyball Team was recognized with a haul of sixteen individual athletic awards. 

• Meah Evans and Lily Kowalik were named to the MCCAA Western Conference All-Freshman Team
• Maggie Arnie received an Honorable Mention for the All-Western Conference Team
• Ryli Burks was recognized with a spot on the Second Team, All-Western Conference
• Amie Schutz, Carlie Ritchie, Meah Evans and Lily Kowalik were honored as First Team, All-Western Conference
• Schutz won Western Conference Player of the Year
• Head Coach Jenny Nate was Western Conference Coach of the Year
• Schutz, Ritchie, Evans and Kowalik were also named to the All-MCCAA Team
• Schutz and Ritchie were honored as two of only 18 members of the All-Region XII Team
