Brayden Favors Jumps to SMC for Basketball

Brayden Favors of Niles High School has signed his NJCAA Letter of Intent to continue his academic and basketball career with the SMC Roadrunners this fall.

SMC Head Coach Rodell Davis said, "Brayden is a great young man with an infectious smile and positive attitude. He will be an awesome addition to the locker room. On the court, he is a dynamic 3-level scorer who can stuff the stat sheet in a hurry."

Favors joins Tyrese Moody and Brieland Watkins of Grand Rapids and Kenaz Jackson, Jr. and Myair Thompson, both of Kankakee, Illinois, in the 2026 SMC Men's Basketball recruiting class.
