Roadrunners Beat Owls in Last Game of 2025

SMC Men's Basketball snapped a two-game slide with a 100-92 win at home vs. the Oakton Owls. The Roadrunners steadily built a lead of 17 through the first half, but Oakton crept back in the second stanza, getting as close as five before SMC was able to put the game away at the free throw line. The home team was led by freshman Jovohn Raftliff, who went off for 22 points, going 9 of 11 from the field, and a perfect 3 for 3 from the arc. Sophomore Davion Goins added 21 with five rebounds and sophomore Damontae May put in 17 points with seven assists in the win.
